At Anytime Business Group, we recognise that young people with trauma, complex and challenging behaviors require more than just accommodation – they need a compassionate and tailored trauma informed support system that can make a profound difference in their lives as they progress into independent living.  Our Accommodation and Support Services are a beacon of hope for those facing the most daunting challenges, including non-engagement, alcohol/drug misuse, self-harm, harm to others, or county lines/gang culture involvement.

Our one-on-one keywork support approach is the cornerstone of our mission. We understand that each young person’s journey is unique, and our dedicated team of multidisciplinary professionals work tirelessly to provide a safe, therapeutic, and non-judgmental environment that welcomes all regardless of gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. From personalised care plans to specialised therapeutic interventions, we offer a holistic approach to support young people gain life skills, remain safe and achieve their outcomes to secure a safe move on into independent living.

Our Promise

We promise to provide:

  1. A high standard of support and accommodation to our young people16+, of any ethnicity and gender, (some units are mixed and some single sex), LGBT
  2. A collaboratively working relationship with the Young Person, their network, the Local Authorities with honesty and openness in our communications
  3. Solo-units (YP presenting with trauma or complex mental health issues and challenging behaviour (including non-engagement, alcohol/drug misuse, harm to self or others, offending can benefit from 1:1 support)
  4. 24 hour a day staffed units. Where our staff are available around the clock to offer support to our young people
  5. Key work sessions based around moving towards/achieving identified outcomes, so our young people can live independently once they safely move on
  6. Evidence of the high level of support that the young people receive, to ensure we and all professionals can track the young person’s progress.
  7. Continuous Improvement – we will always listen to your feedback.

We are Anytime Homes an established accommodation & support provider for young people 16+. Our approach is based on trauma informed practice, with a strong believe in young people’s ability to change.

Key Work Sessions

Our key work sessions are based around the development of resilience, skills and abilities young people will require to transition to adulthood.

Key work sessions are booked at least a week in advance, scheduled and delivered around a young person’s timetable.

Our Staff

We only employ dedicated staff who have a genuine passion for supporting young people. Our recruitment officers ensure that only staff who meet our safe value-based recruitment standards are employed to work with our young people. When appropriate our young people have taken part in the recruitment process of new members of staff.

All our staff:

  • Complete our application form, with full details of career history, qualifications, and a declaration on criminal proceedings/convictions
  • Have a face-to-face interview to verify documents, assess suitability and confirm language ability
  • Are trained to a high level – with regular training updates from our specialised trainers and course providers. (Our staff receive evidenced training in areas such as Safeguarding, health and safety, exploitation, Lone working)
  • Have an enhanced DBS which our compliance team check regularly
  • Have at least 2 references – including most recent employer
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK evidence
  • Are trained to a high level – with regular training updates from our specialised trainers and course providers. (Our staff receive evidenced training in areas such as Safeguarding, health and safety, exploitation, Lone working)

Each of our units is customised to give a homely and welcoming feel to our young people. We put our young people first and this is reflected in the standard of our units
