Admore Ishmael and Ed Sena cofounded Anytime to help maintain an uninterrupted care service and compliance through high care standards and correct staffing levels.
Since opening in January 2006, the company has grown from a local to a national supplier.
Both Admore (Ad) and Ed are very passionate about nurturing an Equal Opportunities enterprise that makes a positive contribution to the community. Ad has vast experience in Business and HR management, running a domiciliary care agency. Ed is a dual qualified nurse by background, with more than 21 years’ experience in the NHS and private sector.
Anytime Recruitment Ltd was born, whilst Ed still working as a nurse and Ad within a domiciliary care company.
